On 22 September 2000, Book-Nomikarios founded Bet With Me under the slogan "You'll Never Bet Alone!". It was the first subscription-based sports betting site in Greece.

Over his career he has worked with leading media groups such as ANT1, Pegasus and Vermantia, and had strong success with telephone betting-information services (Audiotex, Lexitel).

He has written for major sports newspapers such as Goal News and SportDay, as well as specialist betting magazines (Kingbet, 12X, Paihnidia tis Tyhis, Activebet). He has also run columns on well-known sports websites, including Gazzetta, Kingbet and ThePlayer, and been a regular guest on radio and TV shows such as Sport FM 94.6 and Sport TV.

He has worked at two sports betting companies, in roles as an odds compiler and as head of promotional planning.

He is a graduate of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a passionate supporter of Apollon Smyrnis.
