Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.

Digital service and your right to withdraw

Our subscription is digital content and a digital service that starts as soon as you subscribe. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a 14 day right to withdraw. Because access to the private channels begins immediately, you are asked to agree at checkout that the service starts right away and that you lose the 14 day withdrawal right once it has started. If you would prefer to keep that right, do not start the service until the 14 days have passed.

Our standard refund position

• Because the service is delivered instantly and picks are advice you can act on right away, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once access has been provided.
• We do not give partial refunds for time left in a period after you cancel. You keep access until that period ends.
• We do not refund based on betting results. Picks are opinions and information, and we never guarantee winnings or profit.

When we will refund

We will put things right, including a refund where appropriate, if:

• You were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a valid cancellation.
• The service was not delivered because of a fault on our side, for example your access was never provisioned.
• A refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Revolut. Where we issue a refund or a correction, we also issue the matching accounting document (a credit note) for your records.

Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]so we can help quickly. If a card dispute is opened and upheld, the related access is removed and a credit note is issued.
