Who controls your data

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
• Billing data: your billing country and VAT number if you enter one, plus the receipts and credit notes we generate.
• Subscription data: which plan you have, its status, and the related events.
• Telegram data: the Telegram account you use to join the channels, so we can grant and manage access.
• Technical data: IP address, browser or device information, and basic logs, including at the moment you declare your billing country for tax purposes.

We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled by Revolut.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To provide the service and your channel access (performance of our contract with you).
• To take payment, issue receipts, and meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation and contract).
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests).
• To send you service messages about your subscription, such as payment or expiry notices (contract).

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service:

• Revolut, to process payments, refunds, and disputes.
• Telegram, to deliver channel access.
• Our email provider, to send account and billing messages.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Authorities or advisers where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep account and subscription data for as long as you have an account and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep billing records, including receipts and credit notes, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete data, where the law allows.
• Object to or restrict some processing.
• Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where we relied on it.
