1. Who we are

2. What the service is

We publish sports betting tips ("picks") and related commentary, delivered through private Telegram channels that match your subscription tier. The picks are information and opinions for your own consideration.

We do not guarantee any winnings, profit, or specific result. Our picks are advice only, they are not financial advice, and past performance is never a promise of future results. Any bet you place is your own decision and your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live, whichever is higher.
• You must be legally allowed to receive this content and to bet in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Your account

You log in with your email. Keep your access secure and do not share it. Your Telegram invite links are personal and single use. Reselling, redistributing, forwarding, or publishing our picks is not allowed and may result in access being removed without a refund.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Pricing, billing cycle, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Subscription Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Revolut. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices are shown including any VAT that applies to your region.

7. Intellectual property

All picks, content, and materials belong to ZARYA25 LABS CONSULTING LTD and are for your personal, non commercial use only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, including betting losses, arising from your use of the service or your reliance on any pick. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or remove access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or share content you are not allowed to share.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
